Now I am trying fix this problem first you want to open task manager hold ctrl + Shift key and press Escape key on your keyboard make more details window by clicking bottom of the task manager.
Now you want to click on the file and select run new task type here re GED IT and just tick inside small box here it says create this task with administrative privileges and click OK button at the bottom.

Now a registry editor window is here expand the H key local machine folder and then software folder find Microsoft folder and expand it you and Windows 10 also current version folder only here expanded you find win logon under current version.

Click win logon then on the right side there should be see the name shell you don't see this you have to scroll double-click on it change value to explorer.exe again explorer.exe then once you are done doing that going click on OK closed registry editor and windows need to restart.

Right now you cannot find restart button do this also go to again task manager click on users tab you can see the current username right click on it click this connect and disconnect user user will be logged out.
